The Thunderbike Flash Rate Regulator is required when using LED turn signals, as these consume significantly less power compared to conventional incandescent bulbs. Without the regulator, the onboard electronics detect the reduced load as a fault and change the flash rate.

A separate regulator is required for the front

Consequences without Flash Rate Regulator:
- The flash rate increases significantly (hyperflashing).
- The onboard electronics interpret the low power consumption as a defective turn signal.
- Error messages may be stored in the system.
Function of the Flash Rate Regulator:
- Simulates the electrical load of a conventional incandescent bulb.
- Provides a load-independent, constant, and compliant flash rate.
- Prevents error messages and hyperflashing.
- Ensures full compatibility when converting to LED turn signals.
